Sofia is priced on a per curriculum basis. Bespoke pricing is available for whole department/faculty, or whole institution.

Typical whole institution pricing for an institution offering ~100 subjects would be in the order of £50,000 to £80,000 annual fees, with set up pricing being based on the implementation model selected (from self service to full support).



Individual student licences


Add individual student access to resources, learning outcomes and enhanced note taking to a staff licence.

Setup includes SSO integration for staff and students as standard.

Price per student

Student access is charged per 100 students or part thereof (i.e. rounded up to the nearest 100 students). The price per student is lower the more licences that are bought.

Student licences may be added or removed at any point.

Sofia is designed to handle as many curriculums as you like, these can be grouped into departments and faculties to match your organisation's structure. We can help you optimise your curriculum to improve pedagogy and administrative efficiency. Sofia can be integrated with any other services used in your institution – VLE, student information, exams, timetabling, etc.




Application support
The licence fee includes access to a service desk and help pages. Software changes can be requested and delivered at the standard day rate.
